1. Payment Methods
We currently accept: WeChat Pay (must add us to your friend), C.O.D. (domestic/local address only), VISA & MASTER via Paypal. After order is confirmed, you will then be transferred to the payment page to finish the purchase process. A confirmation email will be sent with details of delivery enclosed.
2. Currency
All purchases are calculated in Hong Kong dollar or US dollar. Currency exchange rate may vary upon the countries and banks which the credit cards are issued.
3. ADDDITIONAL CHARGES (SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES…ETC)
Free shipping is provided on domestic/local delivery and in-store pick up. Free international shipping will also be provided when each purchase transaction meet the required amount. Details can be found under shipping.
4. USE OF ELECTRONIC VOUCHER
You may apply available electronic voucher such as discount/coupon code toward the end of your purchase. Only one voucher will be accepted in each purchase. Once used, voucher cannot be used for a second time. In case of return, voucher that was used will not be reinstated. Details can be found under the use of electronic voucher. (Customers are encouraged to read and understand the guidelines under the use of discount/coupon code).
